Welcome to Booknovel. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Who can use Booknovel
Some stories are written for mature readers and are marked with an age rating. You must be old enough to use the app where you live, and you must not read stories rated above your age. If you are under 18, use the app with a parent's or guardian's permission.
2. Your account
You can start reading without signing up; we keep your progress on this device. If you create an account (email, Google or Apple), keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. Coins, VIP and purchases
• Coins unlock chapters. You can buy coins, or earn free coins from check-ins, quests, ads, referrals and promotions.
• Free coins expire after the time shown in your wallet. Coins you buy do not expire. Unlocks use free coins first.
• VIP is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
• Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Refunds follow their rules. Coins and VIP have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.
• Unlocked chapters stay unlocked on your account, unless a purchase is refunded or the account is closed for breaking these terms.
4. Comments and community rules
Readers can comment on chapters. Everything you post must follow these rules. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users.
• Be respectful. No hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats or personal attacks.
• No sexual content involving minors, no sexual harassment, and no explicit sexual content in comments.
• No spam, ads, links, scams, or sharing anyone's personal information.
• No illegal content and no content that encourages violence or self-harm.
• Mark spoilers kindly; don't ruin the story for others.
Offensive words are filtered automatically and links are removed. You can report any comment from its menu, and you can block a reader so you no longer see each other's comments; you can unblock them in Settings. Comments reported by several readers are hidden until our team reviews them. We review reports and act on them, usually within 24 hours: we may remove the content and suspend or permanently stop the person who posted it from commenting, or close their account.
You keep ownership of your comments, but you let us show them in the app. You are responsible for what you post.
5. Stories and copyright
The stories in Booknovel belong to Booknovel or their authors. You may read them in the app for your own personal use. Don't copy, share, sell or republish them.
6. Ads
Free readers may see ads, including optional ads that reward coins. VIP members don't see ads between chapters.
7. Closing accounts
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse rewards (for example fake accounts for referrals), or misuse the app. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
8. Changes and availability
We keep improving Booknovel and may change features, prices, rewards or these terms. If the changes are important we will tell you in the app. The app is provided "as is"; we do our best to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
